(a) Dr. Rajendra Singh, Professor from Clemson university USA visited the department of Electrical Engg on 9th Aug 2023. Faculty had a fruitful interaction with him regarding prospects of future collaborations under faculty and student exchange programmes.

(b) A training programme was organized in the department of Electrical Engineering on 13th May 2023 titled “Application of Matlab for Engineers”.

(c) Educational Tour : In 2022 - Educational tour for 2019 Electrical Engineering batch in Nabha Super Thermal Power Station at Nabha, Chandigarh on 3rd June 2022. In 2023 - Educational tour for 2020 Electrical Engineering batch in Nabha Super Thermal Power Station at Nabha, Chandigarh on 26th May 2023.

(d) Er. Ranvijay Verma and Er. Surya Prakash Kesarwani visited the department and delivered a motivational speech and interacted with faculty and students of the department on 20 November, 2023. Er. Ranvijay Verma is working as Principal Chief Personnel Officer in BLW, Varanasi. He is a renowned Hindi Author. Er. Surya Prakash Kesarwani is working in NTPC Ltd as Addl General Manager (AGM), presently at Farakka. Both of them are alumni of the department (Batch 1994).

(e) An expert session was held on 28.05.2024 on effective communication skills. The session was taken by cofounder of MAATRAA MS AKAKTA KAR.

(f) An expert lecture was delivered by Er. D. K. Joshi, SE UPCL (our alumni) on 16.01.2024.

(g) An expert lecture was delivered by Prof. Bhim Singh, IIT Delhi on 07.12.2023.
